Watch the video to find out how you can participate and contribute to reforestation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trees are the best allies against climate change<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since elementary school, we have learned that trees, through chlorophyll photosynthesis, absorb carbon dioxide (CO2) and release oxygen. This process is vital for many species, including us humans, because oxygen is essential for respiration. Today, this \u201cwork\u201d is even more vital because CO2 is one of the main greenhouse gases. By removing CO2 from the atmosphere, trees help us fight climate change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tree functions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But how exactly does this process work? What do plants do with CO2 and where does the oxygen released come from? And what can we humans do to help trees and forests in this valuable work?
